What's better than a smartphone right in your eye? This is no longer sci-fi fiction.

After developing a contact lens that functions as a smartphone, a company has just brought a product straight from science fiction to life.

The Mojo Lens is a device that turns the entire field of vision into a giant screen. Micro-LED displays are embedded in the lens. The software can be controlled by simply moving the eye. The lens is scleral and covers all whites.

Mike Wiemer, co-founder and CTO of Mojo Vision, stated, "it turns out that display is so small that it's very close to your eyes that your eye looks around the display."

We custom fit every lens to your eyes to ensure that they are extremely comfortable. He said that the lens doesn't slip or rotate on the eye. Mojo Vision claims that the Mojo Lens software can understand leisure and business activities.

The company's website says, "It quietly provides data while you are engaged in events that require your attention." Mojo Lens is an invisible, wearable display that helps you focus by giving information head-up and hands-free.

The current display is green, but the company plans to release a full-color version very soon.
